Als Logisitek Bediende werk je in een spilpositie tussen klanten, logistiek en interne teams. Voel je je thuis in een internationale supply chain omgeving? Dan is deze job in regio Antwerpen zeker iets voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket als Logistiek Bediende bestaat uit:

  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige opvolging van verkoop- en inkooporders, inclusief logistieke coördinatie, douaneformaliteiten en facturatie.
  • Je volgt dossiers van A-Z op: Je volgt inkomende schepen, binnenvaartschepen en isotainers op en onderneemt de nodige acties om tijdige leveringen te garanderen.
  • Je maakt volledige overzichten van transporten, inclusief geleverde volumes, eventuele vertragingen en gewichtsverlies. Je rapporteert hier tijdig over zodat er acties genomen kunnen worden, daarnaast hou je voorraden bij.
  • Je behandelt klachten op een professionele manier en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en zorgt voor continuïteit binnen het team

Dit ben jij:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma, liefst binnen Supply Chain of een andere logistieke richting.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel doordachte beslissingen nemen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en proactief te werk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen.
