Als Motorshow Advisor heb je in deze job twee rollen en werk je voor Nederlandstalige en Franstalige klanten.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Als Motorshow Advisor zorg je ervoor dat klanten en dealers vlot en correct geholpen worden.
  • Je pakt administratieve taken aan, zoals contractwijzigingen, offertes opmaken en aanpassen, kredietanalyses starten en contracten opstellen.
  • Je beantwoordt online vragen van klanten en dealers tijdens de hele looptijd van het contract en geeft juiste, volledige informatie.
  • Je stemt af met het team van Fleet Advisors, zodat elk dossier goed wordt opgevolgd en de procedures gerespecteerd worden.
  • Je springt in als Fleet Advisor tijdens drukke periodes en vakanties en lost vragen van klanten en dealers op.
  • Je achterhaalt wat klanten nodig hebben, bouwt aan vertrouwen en ziet kansen voor cross-selling.

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands of Frans en werkt professioneel in het Engels.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig, ook als je meerdere taken tegelijk hebt.
  • Je plant je tijd goed en werkt zelfstandig, zonder dat iemand over je schouder meekijkt.
  • Je merkt knelpunten op, zoekt oplossingen en doet zelf voorstellen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en past je snel aan.
