Geen enkele dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Je schakelt tussen leveranciers, interne stakeholders en jouw team en houdt steeds het overzicht over lopende dossiers.

  • Je beheert een eigen productportfolio, volgt marktontwikkelingen op en detecteert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je voert prijs- en contractonderhandelingen en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers.
  • Je analyseert resultaten, bewaakt rendabiliteit en formuleert verbetervoorstellen om de prestaties verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je coacht een klein team van medewerkers en ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je blijft zelf actief betrokken bij de operationele werking en springt bij waar nodig binnen aankoop- en leveranciersprocessen.

Over welke eigenschappen beschikt deze Teamlead Aankoop?

  • Je bent iemand die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen strategie en praktijk. Je denkt vooruit, maar houdt ook graag de vinger aan de pols van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring opgebouwd binnen aankoop, procurement, productmanagement of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Je hebt al een eerste leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid opgenomen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht. Onderhandelen zit in je natuur en je voelt je comfortabel in commerciële gesprekken.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met het Office Pakket. Kennis van Navision is een plus!
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
