Onze klant is actief in een sector die volop in beweging is en combineert verschillende activiteiten: van het uitgeven van een eigen magazine en het beheer van digitale media over het organiseren van events en opleidingen tot sterk inzetten op ontwikkeling en gebruik van serious games en gamification.Die brede werking zorgt ervoor dat je klanten op verschillende manieren kunt bereiken en ondersteunen. Geen one-size-fits-all verhaal dus, maar op maat van de klant werken, meedenken en samen naar de juiste oplossing zoeken.Jouw functie als Business DeveloperIn deze rol breng je mensen, merken en ideeën samen. Je bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor het volledige aanbod en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe partners, sponsors en klanten. Telefoneren aan de lopende band doe je hier niet. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en zet je netwerk slim in om samenwerkingen te laten groeien. Je ontwikkelt mee nieuwe events en opleidingen, van het eerste idee tot een geslaagde uitvoering, en geeft mee vorm aan het inhoudelijke concept.Naast sales neem je ook marketing en communicatie op en zorg je voor een sterke aanwezigheid op social media. Bij organisaties die een leeroplossing op maat zoeken, breng je hun noden in kaart en vertaal je die naar een passend voorstel. Je werkt niet aan alles tegelijk: elke periode heeft een andere focus en de prioriteiten leg je samen met het team vast. Dankzij jouw overzicht over het aanbod herken je snel waar je extra waarde kan bieden.

  • Een specifiek diploma is niet nodig: je persoonlijkheid, initiatief en commerciële feeling zijn het belangrijkst. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol is een plus.
  • Je bent een echte ondernemer: je ziet kansen, grijpt ze en zet ideeën zelf om in actie.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, durft deuren te openen en maakt van een goed gesprek een concrete samenwerking.
  • Je bent een relatiebouwer die vertrouwen opbouwt voor de lange termijn.
