Voor onze klant binnen de mediawereld in regio Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve opvolging.Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit contacten met klanten en verkopers? Vind je het bovendien geen probleem om Frans te spreken? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!Jouw functie als Customer Service MediaAls Customer Service Media ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de verkopers, klanten en interne collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke bestelling van begin tot einde correct wordt opgevolgd en volgens de gemaakte afspraken wordt uitgevoerd.Je staat in voor de volledige administratieve verwerking van bestellingen en dossiers. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie en materialen, volgt teksten en advertenties op en waakt over de afgesproken deadlines. Je controleert of alle gegevens correct zijn en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig bij de juiste personen terechtkomt.Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als verkopers. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail, denkt mee in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen steeds over de juiste informatie beschikt. Ook het inplannen en coördineren van projecten en publicaties behoort tot jouw takenpakket.

  • Je bent administratief sterk en haalt voldoening uit een correcte en gestructureerde opvolging.
  • Nauwkeurigheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je verliest geen details uit het oog.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Frans schrikt je niet af! Je staat ervoor open om klanten en contacten ook in het Frans te woord te staan.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en weet op een professionele manier met verschillende gesprekspartners om te gaan.
  • Plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen zitten in jouw natuur.
