Voor onze partner gaan we op zoek naar een dierenarts met een passie voor de varkenssector. Deze organisatie ondersteunt landbouwbedrijven en dierenartsen met expertise en advies rond diergezondheid. Door wetenschappelijke kennis te combineren met een sterke voeling met de praktijk, draagt ze bij aan gezonde dieren, duurzame bedrijfsvoering en kwaliteitsvolle voedselproductie. Wil jij hier mee je schouders onder zetten?Jouw functie als Dierenarts VarkensJe bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor varkenshouders en dierenartsen en bouwt duurzame relaties met hen op. Via bedrijfsbezoeken en regelmatig overleg blijf je op de hoogte van wat er leeft in de sector en help je mee om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.Daarnaast werk je mee aan projecten en programma's rond varkensgezondheid, in samenwerking met onder andere overheidsinstanties en onderzoeksorganisaties. Je deelt jouw kennis tijdens voordrachten en draagt zo bij aan een betere gezondheid van de varkensstapel. Een gevarieerde functie waarin je wetenschappelijke expertise combineert met praktijkgericht advies en samenwerking.

  • Je bent dierenarts en hebt een sterke interesse in de varkenssector.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het adviseren en begeleiden van veehouders en dierenartsen.
  • Je communiceert vlot, luistert aandachtig en handelt diplomatisch en discreet.
  • Je werkt graag samen en baseert je adviezen op wetenschappelijke inzichten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, plant efficiënt en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
