Dit zorgt voor een geoptimaliseerde werking voor hun collega’s. Ben jij de Schadebeheerder die zij zoeken voor het kantoor in Kortrijk?Jouw functie als SchadebeheerderAls Schadebeheerder sta je in voor de volledige opvolging van schadedossiers, van de initiële melding tot de uiteindelijke afhandeling. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie over de dekking, aansprakelijkheid en omstandigheden van het schadegeval en past na een grondige analyse de geldende regels en conventies toe. Je verdedigt de belangen van je klant, onderhandelt over schadegevallen en houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte van de verdere evolutie. Je staat in voor de schadeberekening en onderhoudt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast kan je ook expertises bijwonen om de belangen van je klant te verdedigen.   • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol als Schadebeheerder.
  • Ervaring met Brio is een grote plus.
  • Je stelt de klant centraal, bent betrokken en handelt proactief.
  • Je bent digital minded en kan snel en vlot omgaan met nieuwe systemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
