Techniek, commerciële flair en people management: combineer jij ze graag in één uitdagende functie?Voor onze klant, een groeiende speler binnen de technische dienstverlening in regio Poperinge, zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Projectsourcing. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je commerciële activiteiten op de baan met het aansturen en coachen van een klein team. Je bouwt klantenrelaties uit, gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en zorgt voor een performant team.Jouw functie als Teamleader ProjectsourcingAls Teamleader Projectsourcing combineer je twee belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden. Enerzijds ben je commercieel actief op de baan. Je prospecteert binnen de industriële sector, bezoekt klanten en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe samenwerkingen. Je brengt de technische noden van klanten in kaart, stelt passende oplossingen voor en onderhandelt over tarieven en voorwaarden. Daarnaast bouw je bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit en detecteer je nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.Anderzijds neem je de leiding over een klein team. Je coacht en motiveert jouw medewerkers, bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking. Je volgt de commerciële resultaten op, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen de verwachtingen van klanten en de beschikbare technische profielen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan een aantoonbaar deel in een commerciële functie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met technische dienstverlening en bij voorkeur met industriële omgevingen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, commercieel ingesteld en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet op een professionele manier klanten en medewerkers te overtuigen.
  • Je hebt de nodige leiderschapskwaliteiten om een klein team aan te sturen en te motiveren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en durft je ook in het Frans uit te drukken.
