Samen met een team van 8 collega's zetten ze dagelijks in op helder advies en oplossingen op maat van hun klanten. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een Teamverantwoordelijke BOAR die mee zijn of haar schouders wil zetten onder de verdere uitbouw van het team.Jouw functie als Teamverantwoordelijke BOARAls Teamverantwoordelijke BOAR neem je een centrale rol op binnen de dagelijkse werking en verdere uitbouw van het team schadeverzekeringen. Je combineert jouw uitgebreide vakkennis met een hands-on aanpak en staat in voor het begeleiden, ondersteunen en aansturen van jouw collega's.Daarnaast ben je een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je voert adviesgesprekken, onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en weet commerciële opportuniteiten op een gepaste manier te benutten.Ook de inhoudelijke en administratieve opvolging van schadedossiers behoort tot jouw takenpakket. Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het schadeproces, volgt complexere schadedossiers op en hebt voeling met expertises en schadevaststellingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je ook bij uitdagende dossiers de juiste ondersteuning en opvolging te bieden. Als Teamverantwoordelijke BOAR herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma in een financiële richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 15 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector, bij voorkeur binnen BOAR.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van schadeverzekeringen en bent vertrouwd met schadegevallen, expertises en de verdere afhandeling ervan.
  • Je beschikt over sterke commerciële en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden, ondersteunen en aansturen van collega's.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en waakt over een kwalitatieve dienstverlening en een correcte administratieve opvolging.
