  • Assist in the development and enhancement of AI-powered workflows, including prompt-based solutions, retrieval systems, and agentic capabilities.
  • Develop and support integrations between AI services, APIs, business rules, and application components.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities to help improve the accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI-enabled features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, AI workflow issues, and production incidents.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Follow development best practices, coding standards, secure coding guidelines, and established engineering processes.
  • Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and validation mechanisms to ensure software quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, Security, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, release readiness, and production monitoring using Azure DevOps and related tooling.
  • Build solutions with enterprise SaaS expectations in mind, including security, compliance, data privacy, observability, and supportability.
  • Identify technical risks and communicate concerns to team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, Azure cloud services, AI-assisted development tools, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
