Pay: $30.00/hour Schedule: Wednesday & Saturday Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Total: Two 12-hour shifts per week Start Date: Immediate opening available

Primary Duties:

  • Ostomy care
  • Bathing assistance
  • Feeding assistance
  • Additional care as outlined in the client's Plan of Care

Johns Creek, GA

Pay: $35.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Sunday Hours: 8:30 PM – 7:30 AM Start Date: Immediate openings available

Primary Duties:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Airway monitoring and related skilled nursing care
  • Additional care as outlined in the client's Plan of Care

Dacula, GA

Pay: $30.00/hour Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Primary Duties:

  • Medication management
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Additional care as outlined in the client's Plan of Care

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a client in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and additional income. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to provide safe, attentive care in a private home setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the client's individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Administer and manage medications as directed.
  • Provide ostomy care.
  • Provide care for a bedbound client, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Perform intermittent catheterization as required.
  • Assist with diabetes management and monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Previous experience providing nursing care, preferably in a home-care or private-duty setting.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Negative TB test/results as required.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
