Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

**$65.00 / Per Hourly Visit - BOTH PRN & Full-Time**

** Travel Time and Mileage Paid **

** Looking to fill Northeastern side of San Antonio**

Seeking OTA's to service Home Health clients in San Antonio and surrounding Areas.

Brightstar Care is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist!! Brightstar Care is a premier home health agency in the heart of Texas! As a privately owned agency licensed by the State of Texas, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in providing high acuity care right in the comfort of our clients' homes.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapist.
  • Instruct patients and families in home programs, basic living skills, and care and use of adaptive equipment.
  • Monitor patients' progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
  • Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment.
  • Contribute to patient care planning

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or certification as Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
