The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the Health Care setting, and a CV illustrating a track record of building client relationships topped with impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians’ offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other potential referral sources.
  • Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about the agency’s services and referral process.
  • Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and community networking events.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned service area.
  • Coordinate with the intake and clinical teams to support timely communication and referral follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and follow-up needs.
  • Meet established outreach and business development goals.
  • Represent the agency professionally while following agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable marketing guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Associates' degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Home Health or directly related experience
  • Demonstrate skill and ability to develop community relationships with Healthcare Providers and Senior Oriented Centers of Influence within assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate technology literacy in support of sales presentation and lead management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
  • Must be able to pass Drug Test
  • Must have a clean Background Check
  • Must be available on weekends to accept calls.
  • Home Health Care experience a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
  • Must adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
