On the Lookout for a Full-Time Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

  • Position: Full-Time 8:00-3:00 Monday-Friday
  • Location: In Home - Morrow GA
  • Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience

Brightstone Therapy is growing in Morrow and we’re searching for a skilled, motivated RBT who’s ready to make meaningful impact every single day. If you’re passionate about helping individuals with autism and related developmental differences build independence, confidence, and lifelong skills, this is where purpose meets opportunity. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals and strengths.
  • Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to track progress and guide next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Work across homes, schools, and clinic settings to support clients where they thrive best.

What You Bring

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience supporting individuals in home, school, or clinical environments.
  • A genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism and empowering families.
