The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced, business-minded leader to own compliance across our dealership and related finance operations while strengthening retail execution. Strong working knowledge of TILA, ECOA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAP/UDAAP, and Arizona and Texas dealer and sales finance requirements. . Clear communication, sound judgment, constructive accountability, and strong follow-through. Able to challenge a practice and offer a workable alternative.
The Bottom Line
We want someone with high standards, hard working, and a practical approach to getting things done. If you can keep our company compliant while helping our teams operate better, we'd love to talk.
