Vrsta posla: Ugovor na određeno s mogućnošću stalnog zaposlenja

Što ćeš raditi? U početku, tvoj će fokus biti operativan – no s vremenom ćeš imati priliku razvijati se u voditelja ovog segmenta. Tvoje ključne odgovornosti bit će:

  • Praćenje i analiza prodaje karata putem web kanala
  • Kreiranje i upravljanje cijenama karata na temelju analize potražnje, konkurencije i sezonalnosti
  • Suradnja s timom prodaje, marketinga i IT-a na razvoju i unapređenju web prodajnog sustava
  • Provedba i praćenje akcija, popusta, promo kodova i kampanja
  • Sudjelovanje u digitalizaciji procesa prodaje (npr. uvođenje novih funkcionalnosti u ticketing sustav, povezivanje loyalty programa, itd.)
  • Izrada izvještaja i prijedloga za unapređenje prodaje i popunjenosti linija
  • Praćenje konkurencije, trendova i ponašanja korisnika na digitalnim kanalima

Što očekujemo od tebe?

  • Završeni fakultet (ekonomija, informatika, marketing ili slično)
  • Poželjno (ali ne nužno) iskustvo u prodaji, pricingu, e‑commerceu, analitici ili digitalnim projektima
  • Odlično poznavanje Excela / Google Sheets, prednost poznavanje rada u BI alatima (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio i sl.)
  • Sposobnost rada s brojevima, razumijevanje analitike i korisničkog ponašanja
  • Osnovno razumijevanje funkcioniranja web shopova i e‑commerce analitike
  • Izvrsne komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine
  • Proaktivnost i želja za učenjem i razvojem
  • Vrlo dobro znanje engleskog jezika
