Over Gastro Brisk

Gastro Brisk in Dilbeek biedt een hedendaagse gastronomische beleving in de groene rand rond Brussel. Wij werken zonder klassieke à la carte: gasten genieten van een verfijnd meerkeuzemenu van 3 tot 6 gangen, begeleid door geselecteerde kwaliteitswijnen. Met 45 couverts combineren we rust en oog voor detail aan tafel met een professionele zaaldynamiek.

Jouw rol in de zaal

Als flexi-kelner draai je mee tijdens de service en zorg je samen met de vaste zaalploeg voor een vlot verloop:

  • Hartelijk ontvangen en begeleiden van gasten naar hun tafel.
  • Professioneel inzetten en uitruimen van borden volgens de gastronomische standaarden.
  • Serveren van dranken, aperitieven en het bijschenken van wijnen en waters.
  • Afruimen, indekken en mise-en-place van de tafels tussen de gangen door.
  • Signaleren van wensen aan tafel en zorgen dat gasten zich te allen tijde op hun gemak voelen.
  • Bewezen zaalervaring: Vlot en stabiel lopen met drie borden en een dienblad; ervaring in het serveren op niveau.
  • Gastvrij en tweetalig (NL/FR): Een verzorgd voorkomen, oprechte glimlach en vlot Franstalige en Nederlandstalige gasten te woord kunnen staan.
  • Proactief aan tafel: Zelf zien wanneer glazen leeg zijn, brood bijgevuld moet worden of tafels afgeruimd en gecrumberd moeten worden.
  • Efficiënt werken: Rust bewaren bij piekmomenten en de gouden horecaregel toepassen: nooit met lege handen lopen.
  • Stipt & wettelijk in orde: Voldoen aan de officiële flexi-voorwaarden en betrouwbaar aanwezig zijn op de afgesproken shiften.
  • Ervaring: Relevante bedieningservaring in de horeca (bij voorkeur in bistronomie of gastronomie); je hebt een natuurlijke feeling voor borden dragen en stijlvol serveren.
  • Voorkomen & gastvrijheid: Representatief, attent, communicatief sterk en stressbestendig wanneer alle tafels gelijktijdig bezet zijn.
  • Talenkennis: Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands; praktische kennis van het Frans is een duidelijke meerwaarde gezien ons cliënteel rond Brussel.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Inzetbaar op piekmomenten (met name vrijdagavond, zaterdag en/of zondag).
