  • Data Quality & Reliability: Help monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistency, completeness, and timeliness of data made available for analytical products and business use cases.
  • Run Operations & Continuous Improvement: Support post-implementation sustainment of data-enabled capabilities, including issue resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous enhancement of engineering processes.
  • Analytics & Decision Support Enablement: Work with DS CoE team members and business stakeholders to ensure the right data structures and engineering support are in place for dashboards, models, and scenario-based analyses.
  • Ways of Working: Support collaboration across GBO, BI&T, and partner teams by maintaining documentation, technical handoffs, and agreed standards for data engineering delivery.

  • Strong experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale data pipelines and integration solutions across structured and semi-structured data sources
  • Experience leading data engineering workstreams and partnering with business, analytics, and technology teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, data quality, metadata management, lineage, and governance principles
  • Proficiency with cloud data platforms, data lake/data warehouse architectures, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics enablement technologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with SAP, SAP BI, Hyperion related software applications, and enterprise data / analytics environments
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, data engineering frameworks, integration tools, and pipeline orchestration platforms preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
