  • Oversee consignment inventory accounting, including usage reporting, accruals, rebills, fee calculations, reconciliations, and vendor settlements.
  • Perform RAMCO and ERP system interface reconciliations and tie-outs, ensuring completeness and accuracy of inventory and maintenance transactions across systems.
  • Review and clear GR/IR balances, intercompany transactions, currency clearing accounts, and other balance sheet reconciling items.
  • Prepare inventory location reporting, inventory analysis reports, inventory adjustments, and scrap accounting transactions.
  • Manage tooling, capital inventory, pre-operating costs, and asset retirement activities to ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Coordinate operating company billings, maintenance expense allocations, inventory recharges, and intercompany settlements.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement analysis and provide management commentary explaining key financial results and variances.
  • Support external and internal audit requests by preparing supporting schedules, reconciliations, analysis, and documentation.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and driving process improvements.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate financial information, summarize findings, and present recommendations to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to build productive working relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Operations, and external business partners.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to support cross-training initiatives and provide coverage for team members as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
