UI Designer - Work from Home (must be residing in the Philippines)

Are you a skilled UI designer ready to embark on an exciting remote contract opportunity? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team!

Job Overview:

  • Position: UI Designer
  • Type: 6-month Contract (with potential to transition to regular employment with benefits)
  • Experience: 2-3 years (with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality UI design)
  • Sector Advantage: Experience in a financial institution is advantageous, given familiarity with formal design and compliance requirements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Team Player: We're seeking a collaborative team member who welcomes feedback and is willing to make necessary design revisions.

Detailed Description: In this role, you will primarily focus on crafting exceptional UI designs. While journey thinking and stakeholder management skills are important, our main priority is top-notch UI design. If you have experience in a financial institution, it's an extra advantage because you're likely to be familiar with formal design standards and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with Figma, a leading design collaboration tool, is advantageous. We highly value a team player mentality. You should be open to feedback and view it as an opportunity for improvement. If some design rework is necessary, you'll embrace it with a positive attitude.

This is a work-from-home contract position for an initial six months, with the potential to transition to a regular employment status that includes benefits. If you're passionate about UI design, ready to collaborate effectively, and possess the flexibility to adapt your designs based on feedback, we're excited to have you on board.
