At Broadoak Academy, you will join an established and collaborative Design and Technology team, supported by dedicated technicians who assist with lesson delivery and preparation. Through our commitment to high standards, a joy-filled and contemporary curriculum, and excellent teaching, we aim to create greater opportunities for lifelong success as our pupils grow into confident young adults.

About you:

You will be:

  • a qualified teacher or hold an equivalent teaching qualification with strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology
  • able to deliver a high-quality Design and Technology curriculum and teach engaging, well-structured lessons that promote creativity, independence and a love of learning

  • proactive in developing your own teaching practice, reflective in your approach and committed to continuous professional development
  • committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, championing the success and life chances of all children

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
