Jouw rol

Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst op onze afdeling International Trade ben je een onmisbare schakel. Jij ondersteunt de key accountmanagers bij het realiseren van onze commerciële doelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten en leveranciers wereldwijd en weet moeiteloos hun wensen te vertalen naar concrete acties.

Door jouw inzet dragen we bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte export- en importstroom van geneesmiddelen en medische (hulp)middelen. Je hebt een proactieve houding, bent klantgericht en voelt je thuis in een dynamische, internationale omgeving.

Als commercieel medewerker zal je je bezig houden met de volgende werkzaamheden;

  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Verwerken van verkoop- en inkooporders, facturen en klachten
  • Communicatie met internationale klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs
  • Volledige ondersteuning van de key accountmanagers binnen het internationale handelsproces
  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van interne processen
  • Backoffice werkzaamheden binnen het team, ook tijdens afwezigheid van collega’s
  • Verwerking van Opium Wet artikelen mbt orders, logistiek en vergunningen

Wie jij bent

  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een internationaal georiënteerde handelsomgeving
  • Goede beheersing Word, Excel en van de Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
  • Bekend met GMP en GDP binnen de farmaceutische industrie, bij voorkeur een diploma apothekersassitent(e)
  • Ervaring met ondersteunende (ERP-)systemen
  • Klantgericht, proactief en resultaat gedreven
  • Teamspeler met oog voor kwaliteit en samenwerking
  • Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Je bent mensgericht, vooruitstrevend en verantwoordelijk, passend bij onze kernwaarden
