Als medewerker customer support ben je het eerste contact voor onze nationale en internationale klanten en draag je bij aan een goede klantrelatie. Je bent het schakelpunt tussen de klanten, operationele teams, quality team en het commerciële team. Je zorgt voor onze klanten vanuit onze Customer support werkzaamheden en helpt klanten met hun vragen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Een perfecte combinatie van klantcontact en organisatie achter de schermen!

Je ontzorgt de klant door een tijdige, servicegerichte, betrouwbare en effectieve afhandeling van alle klantvragen met betrekking tot o.a. benodigde documentatie, het order, transport, inkomende goederen en retouren proces. Je pakt klachten en deviaties zelfstandig op en handelt ze af volgens de gemaakte afspraken. Daarnaast lever je een proactieve bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en de werksfeer binnen het team.

Wie jij bent

  • Je hebt MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Customer Service, Logistics of Supply Chain omgeving.
  • Je kan goed multi tasken en werkzaamheden prioriteren zodat klanten de juiste aandacht krijgen en resultaten binnen de gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken in ERP en CRM systemen.
  • Je toont aandacht voor detail voor zowel nauwkeurigheid als inhoud.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met alle niveaus binnen onze organisatie en met de klanten zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een pre)
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding, bent goed in plannen en organiseren van je werk , accuraat, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent mensgericht, vooruitstrevend en verantwoordelijk, passend bij onze kernwaarden.
