Jouw rol

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het incasseren van openstaande vorderingen en beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten en collega's, werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat het debiteurenproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig jouw eigen debiteurenportefeuille in Onguard.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en collega's en onderhoudt deze actief.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen over openstaande facturen, incasso's en betalingsafspraken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van rapportages en voorziet het management van waardevolle inzichten en advies.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin je jouw analytische vaardigheden, communicatieve kracht en probleemoplossend vermogen dagelijks kunt inzetten. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met veel verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt de ruimte om actief bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie van processen en het behalen van resultaten binnen het finance-team.

Wie jij bent

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 in een financiële en/of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen debiteurenbeheer of creditmanagement.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en Onguard is een pré.
  • Je bent klantgericht, werkt graag samen en weet zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je bent mensgericht, vooruitstrevend en verantwoordelijk, passend bij onze kernwaarden.
