Vil du stå i spidsen for BROEN Danmarks videre udvikling og være med til at sikre, at endnu flere socialt udsatte børn og unge hjælpes til aktive fritidsfællesskaber landet over?

BROEN Danmark søger en ny sekretariatsleder – en ildsjæl, der brænder for vores sag og samtidig har erfaringen og ledelseskraften til at skabe retning, struktur og fremdrift i en foranderlig tid.

BROEN Danmark er en landsdækkende organisation med omkring 250 frivillige ildsjæle i 35 lokale BROEN-foreninger, som alle er selvstændige foreninger, og et mindre sekretariat med 3 ansatte. Vi har gennem flere års indsats opbygget et stærkt fundament. Samtidig er BROEN Danmark i en udvikling, hvor der er behov for både at bevare det engagement og den ild, der kendetegner organisationen og vores frivilligkultur.

Din opgave

Som sekretariatsleder får du det daglige ansvar for sekretariatet og for, sammen med bestyrelsen, at omsætte BROEN Danmarks strategi og ambitioner til handling.

Du skal især:

  • lede og udvikle sekretariatet, så det også i fremtiden kan understøtte og være tæt på vores 250 frivillige ildsjæle i vores lokalforeninger
  • sikre økonomisk overblik, sund drift og arbejde med finansiering og fundraising
  • skabe et stærkt samspil mellem bestyrelse, sekretariat og frivillige
  • drive organisationens udvikling
  • styrke BROEN Danmarks relationer, synlighed og position lokalt, nationalt og politisk
  • repræsentere BROEN Danmark udadtil.

Vi forestiller os, at du

  • brænder for at gøre en forskel for børn og unge
  • har solid ledelseserfaring og kan skabe retning og følgeskab
  • har forståelse for og har god erfaring med frivillighed og frivilligt drevne organisationer
  • har erfaring med at understøtte lokale frivillige uden at centralisere eller overtage deres opgaver
  • har skarpt blik for økonomi, drift og organisatorisk udvikling
  • er stærk i relationer og kommunikation
  • kan skabe struktur og professionalisme uden at miste engagement, nærhed og frivillighed.

Du skal både have hjertet med og kunne stå sikkert i ledelsesopgaven.

Der er tale om en fuldtidsstilling. Du skal være indstillet på arbejde uden for normal arbejdstid. Arbejdstiden er fleksibel, og hjemmearbejde er muligt. Løn efter kvalifikationer.

Arbejdssted: Sekretariatet, Fussingsvej 8, 8700 Horsens.

Tiltrædelse: 1. april 2027.
