Für unseren Fashion Concept Store in Hamburg Schanzentraße, suchen wir einen Visual Merchandiser (all genders). Du kannst ab sofort bei uns in Teilzeit arbeiten. Wir bieten ein Stundenmodell von 24 Stunden/Woche, 3Tage/Woche.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Fensterdekoration sowie der InStore Warenpräsentation
  • Laufende Optimierung der InStore-Präsentation, um einen ansprechenden und trendgerechten Look zu gewährleisten
  • Sorgfältiges Sizing und Styling der Ware auf der Verkaufsfläche (inklusive Präsentation auf der Stange)
  • Umsetzung von visuellen Merchandising-Maßnahmen, die den aktuellen Modetrends und der Brand ID entsprechen
  • Training des Retail Teams: regelmäßige Briefings hinsichtlich Standards und Merchandaising- Aktionen
  • Teamwork mit unseren Visual Merchandiserinnen aus Berlin, um die kreativen Konzepte in Hamburg umzusetzen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Corporate Visual Guidelines und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Store-Looks

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Visual Merchandising, Retail Design oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufseinstieg oder erste Berufserfahrung (1-2 Jahre) im Bereich Visual Merchandising, idealerweise im Fast Fashion Segment
  • Kreatives Gespür für Trends und Design
  • Liebe zum Detail & Passion for Fashion
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, das Retail Team motivierend und klar zu briefen und zu unterstützten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C- Levle) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B- Levle)
