Für unser Office in Berlin F`hain suchen wir einen Merchandise Planner (all genders). Du kannst ab sofort und in Voll- oder Teilzeit bei uns einsteigen – wir bieten dir ein flexibles Stundenmodell von 32–40 Std./Woche.

Als Merchandise Plannerin (all genders) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für eine optimale Sortiments- und Mengenplanung und stellst damit sicher, dass unsere Kollektionen nicht nur inspirieren, sondern auch wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sind. Dich erwartet ein spannendes, analytisches Aufgabenfeld, das Kreativität und Zahlenverständnis vereint – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Einkaufsteam.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Sortimentsplanung inkl. Flow-Plans und Mengensteuerung: Definition von Mengen- und Budgetrahmen für Warengruppen, Kategorien und Kollektionen
  • Sicherstellung von Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch Optimierung von Marge, Abverkaufsquote und Lagerumschlag
  • Einsatz von Planungs- und Forecasting-Tools zur Nutzung von Chancen und Minimierung von Risiken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Buyer:innen bei der Entwicklung marktgerechter Strategien sowie Steuerung von Ordervolumen und Nachorderprozessen
  • Durchführung detaillierter Analysen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen, zur Optimierung zukünftiger Planungen und zum Monitoring zentraler KPI’s (u. a. Lagerumschlag, Sell-Through, Margenentwicklung)
  • Umsetzung ambitionierter Wachstumsziele durch datenbasierte und analytisch fundierte Ansätze

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Fashion Management, Business Administration oder ein vergleichbarer Ausbildungshintergrund
  • 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Merchandise Planning, Category Management oder Einkauf
  • Analytisches Denken, hohe Zahlenaffinität und Freude am Umgang mit KPIs und Forecasting-Tools
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschafts- und Analysetools von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Fashion-Umfeld
