Location: Warrington Salary: £30,000 + 15% Commission on Leads Provided | 25% Self-Generated Commission

Are you an experienced First Charge Mortgage & Protection Advisor looking to elevate your career within a fast-paced, thriving broker environment?

We are seeking a qualified professional with a full CeMAP qualification (CAS) and a proven track record of success in a busy brokerage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £30,000
  • 15% commission on company-provided leads
  • 25% commission on self-generated leads

Key Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP (CAS) certification
  • Experience working within a busy broker environment
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Strong ability to self-generate leads and convert them into successful sales

Your Role:

  • Provide expert advice on First Charge Mortgages and Protection products
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Work efficiently with leads provided by the company, while driving self-generated business
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations
