Job Description

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a estruturação e execução de operações de mercado de capitais, incluindo securitizações, project finance e dívidas em nível de fundo;
  • Desenvolver e manter modelos financeiros para avaliar a viabilidade econômica das transações, perfis de risco-retorno e estruturas de covenants;
  • Preparar materiais para comitês de investimento, apresentações e memorandos para stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Coordenar processos de due diligence com foco jurídico, tributário e operacional;
  • Monitorar tendências de mercado, benchmarks de precificação e mudanças regulatórias relevantes para finanças estruturadas e DCM;
  • Acompanhar a gestão de portfólio de produtos estruturados, incluindo compliance de covenants, relatórios e análises de refinanciamento.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em banco de investimento, finanças estruturadas, tesouraria ou mercados de capitais;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em modelagem financeira e análise; domínio de Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Familiaridade com produtos estruturados, securitização ou financiamento de fundos será um diferencial;
  • Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais. Perfil colaborativo;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente.
