Job Description

Position Summary

The Director, Analytics will lead the analytics function supporting the U.S. Housing platform, with responsibility across both Single-Family and Multifamily. This role will lead a team of analytics professionals while partnering closely with business leaders, Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver analytics that drive measurable business impact.

The Director will design and operate the process for how the team solves business problems, establishing a repeatable operating model from business question to insight to decision. Equally important will be integrating analytics across Single-Family and Multifamily, bringing together historically separate teams, processes, and tools while maintaining strong support for each business.

This is a player-coach role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working directly with data and analytical problems while also coaching, motivating, delegating, and empowering a high-performing team. The role requires strong business judgment, technical credibility, and exceptional stakeholder and relationship-building skills.

  • Maintain appropriate analytical documentation and partner with Technology and Engineering on reliable data and reporting.
  • Identify data quality and analytics delivery risks and escalate material issues as appropriate.

  • Prioritize analytics work by measurable business impact, resource needs, and delivery dependencies.
  • Monitor adoption, quality, timeliness, and business impact of Power BI dashboards and other analytical products.
  • Support efficient analytics delivery and responsible allocation of team resources.

5. Leadership / Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop the U.S. Housing analytics team across Single-Family and Multifamily, encouraging ownership, delegation, and empowerment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, translate business questions into actionable solutions, and communicate priorities, recommendations, and tradeoffs effectively.
  • Drive continued integration of Single-Family and Multifamily analytics teams, capabilities, and processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
