  • Ensure attainment of department objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Focus on problem resolution throughout the department – identify system and process changes and lead implementation of any changes.
  • Create plans and contingency solutions for complex customer service issues and be proactive in resolving negative service trends.
  • Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Sales, and Product teams to lead and ensure operational excellence for our customers.
  • Partner with e-Commerce and Digital Products Leadership to elevate the Voice of the Runner and prioritize work efforts related to creating a truly frictionless experience when engaging with Brooks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
