Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering-Teams am Standort Tägerwilen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Software Engineer (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben.

  • Du übernimmst die technische Projektleitung für Software-Projekte in den Bereichen HMI, GUI und Host-Kommunikation unserer Halbleitermaschinen – gemäß Produkt- und Entwicklungsroadmap, von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Du planst, verteilst und steuerst Arbeitspakete im internen Team sowie bei externen Partnern und Dienstleistern und behältst Termine, Kosten und Qualität im Blick
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung, Mechanik, Elektrotechnik, Service, Produktion und Vertrieb und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
  • Du koordinierst die Erstellung von Spezifikationen, Pflichtenheften und Software-Dokumentationen und stellst die Einhaltung von Standards (z. B. SECS/GEM, SEMI) sicher
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vorgesetzten zusammen, richtest die Projekte an den Unternehmenszielen aus und triffst Entscheidungen zu Prioritäten und Ressourcen
  • Du bringst dich mit deiner Expertise in C#/.NET aktiv in die Entwicklung ein und verantwortest die technische Qualität der Software (Code-Reviews, Tests, Dokumentation)
  • Mit Kreativität und konstruktivem Handeln bringst du Ideen zur Optimierung in fachlichen und organisatorischen Fragen und Abläufen ein
  • Du präsentierst technische Lösungen bei Kundendemonstrationen und Schulungen, unterstützt den Vertrieb bei technischen Fragen und Risikobewertungen und bist gelegentlich im In- und Ausland unterwegs

Deine Anforderungen.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik (ETH, FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA, PMP, Scrum)
  • 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung, inkl. Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software-Projekten, idealerweise im Maschinenbau bzw. in der Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten sowie in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Fundiertes Know-how in HMI-Architekturen und Software-Entwicklungsmethoden sowie in .NET, C# und SQL-Datenbanken (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), um Arbeitspakete fachlich zu beurteilen und zu steuern
  • Kenntnisse in Software Quality Assurance sind wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der SECS/GEM Normen, Standards und Abläufe sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
  • Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten – auch im Austausch mit Nicht-Technikern – sowie Organisationstalent und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
