Missões do cargo: Executar e acompanhar as rotinas financeiras da empresa, contribuindo para a organização, controle e confiabilidade das informações financeiras. Atua nos processos de conciliação bancária, contas a pagar, fluxo de caixa, tesouraria, rateio de custos e movimentações financeiras, assegurando o correto registro das operações, cumprimento dos prazos e aderência aos procedimentos internos.

Atividades:

  • Realizar processos de conciliação bancária;
  • Controles de fluxo de caixa;
  • Executar e acompanhar o controle e lançamento de rateios de custos por centro de custo, conforme política interna.
  • Artuar nos processos do departamento de contas a pagar;
  • Atuar em parceria com a contabilidade no envio de documentação física e e-mails;
  • Lançar e baixar títulos no sistema SSW;
  • Tesouraria, pagamento via sistema bancário.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência na função;
  • Excel intermediário;
  • Ensino médio completo ou superior em andamento em Administração, contabilidade e áreas afins;
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e comprometido;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal.
