If you have a passion for creating delicious treats and ensuring the freshest donuts for our customers, apply now and be a key player in delivering joy through every bite!   Job Summary: As a Donut Fryer, you will be at the heart of our grocery store's bakery, responsible for crafting delectable and freshly fried donuts. Your role involves skillfully preparing, frying, and finishing a variety of donuts to meet our quality standards. Join us in delighting our customers with the irresistible aroma and taste of perfectly fried donuts.   Examples of Duties:

Prepare donut batter and follow recipes for various donut flavors and styles. Operate and maintain donut frying equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Monitor fry times and temperatures to achieve consistent and perfectly fried donuts. Glaze, fill, and decorate donuts according to established standards. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the fryer area, following health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with other bakery staff to coordinate production schedules and maintain inventory levels. Assist in general bakery operations, including customer service and cleanliness.

  Knowledge:

Understanding of donut frying equipment and processes. Knowledge of different donut varieties and flavors. Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Skills:

Proficiency in donut frying techniques and equipment operation. Attention to detail in ensuring donuts meet quality standards. Effective communication skills within the bakery team. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Abilities:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts. Adaptability to learn and operate donut frying equipment. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.

  Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Donut Fryer or in a similar role is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety regulations. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Passion for creating delicious and freshly fried donuts.
