  • Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, legal counsel, engineers, consultants, and other service providers to support favorable client outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with carrier claims leadership, independent adjusters, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support new business pursuits, prospect meetings, requests for proposals (RFPs), and finalist presentations through claims expertise and thought leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic member of the account team, providing claims expertise, loss insights, and market intelligence that support client retention, growth, and placement objectives.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to claims best practices, service standards, and team knowledge sharing.
  • Attend required training and continuing education programs, maintain applicable licenses, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
