The role supports construction, installation, testing, turnover, and final documentation.

This position requires long-term residence in the Republic of Korea for the assigned period and travel as needed for the project. Quarterly return travel to the United States will be coordinated around site coverage.

Identify conflicts, document their potential impact, and route questions to the appropriate decision-maker. • Maintain RFI, issue, deficiency, inspection, escalation, and punch-list records. Track assigned actions through disposition, verification, and closure. • Coordinate trade access, equipment movement, shared work areas, testing prerequisites, and antenna and Radome installation activities. • Observe system interfaces, including shielding, cable separation, fiber, structured cabling, power quality, UPS, and environmental controls. • Collect approved changes, field redlines, photographs, measurements, test information, and closeout records to support aggregate as-built drawings and turnover. • Prepare daily site status reports and weekly progress reports. Produce inspection reports and other technical deliverables as required by the customer. • Support readiness, testing, completion, corrective work, and turnover reviews. • Perform other duties as assigned to support successful project execution and completion.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Required: • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or a related discipline; five years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree. • Minimum of five years of experience in project management, construction coordination, field coordination, or multidisciplinary integration. • OSHA 30 or EM 385 qualification. • Experience coordinating contractors, designers, construction organizations, and technical stakeholders. • Working knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, conduit, equipment-space, grounding, and HVAC systems. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and interface documents. • Strong written communication, organization, field leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to obtain required U.S. Passport, visa, base access, badging, and security credentials.

Preferred: • Experience with antenna, Radome, RF infrastructure, mission-critical, or sensitive electronic systems. • Knowledge of grounding, bonding, shielding, cable separation, fiber, structured cabling, power quality, and UPS interfaces. • Experience on U.S. Government, Department of Defense, or USACE projects.

Quick thinking and decision-making ability to address issues and challenges that may arise during project execution. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle the physical demands of supervising a construction project. • Strict adherence to safety protocols and the ability to enforce safety standards on the construction site. • Adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements when on the construction site, such as hard hats, safety vests, and steel-toed boots.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
