  • Gestão da Satisfação dos Clientes de Contratos
  • Responder pela Margem Bruta, Faturamento e Inadimplência dos Contratos
  • Elaborar e negociar reajustes anuais de contratos e reajustes spot
  • Gestão Comercial de todo o Ciclo do Pedido (do recebimento do pedido à entrega no Cliente) - SAC
  • Gestão de equipe de Coordenadores e Gerentes Jr.
  • Gestão de Indicadores Comerciais Operacionais
  • Superior Completo Engenharias, Administração de Empresas (preferencialmente UFRGS, PUCRS). Desejável Pós-Graduação / Especialização / MBA
  • Excel Avançado (PROCV, Tabela Dinâmica);
  • Pacote Office 365
  • Análise básica P&L / DRE;
  • Tributos e Contabilidade Básica;
  • Planejamento de Estoques;
  • Sólido conhecimento no Atendimento de Clientes B2B;
  • Conhecimento de Formação de Preços de Venda (FPV)
  • Mínimo 8 anos de experiência no atendimento direto de Clientes B2B
  • Histórico de passagem sólida (+ de 3 anos) em uma grande empresa
  • Experiência em gestão de equipes
  • Vale Alimentação ou Refeição (conforme preferência) com desconto de 20% do valor;
  • Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível Opcional) com desconto de 6%;
