Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Cadete (temporal) para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Administración y realizar trámites, entregas y retiros de documentación y correspondencia, tanto dentro como fuera del Estudio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, el cuidado de los materiales y la confidencialidad de la información.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Trasladar documentación legal, correspondencia, paquetes y otros elementos entre las oficinas del Estudio y distintos destinos externos.
  • Verificar la correcta entrega y recepción de documentación y correspondencia.
  • Velar por el cuidado y la confidencialidad de la documentación trasladada.
  • Brindar soporte a todos los departamentos del estudio.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos internos establecidos para el registro y la rendición de las gestiones realizadas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en cadetería, mensajería, realización de trámites o tareas similares.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de oficina, como impresoras, encuadernadoras, escáneres y Adobe Acrobat.
  • Buena disposición para el trabajo en equipo y la atención al cliente interno.
  • Responsabilidad, puntualidad y confidencialidad en el manejo de documentación.
  • Disponibilidad para trasladarse dentro de CABA para realizar trámites y gestiones externas.

Jornada laboral: Full time, de 11 a 19 h.
