Unser Team Betriebsunterhalt sorgt täglich für eine funktionierende Infrastruktur. Bist du eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit, die ihr Fachwissen mit sozialem Engagement verbindet? Ab 1\. Februar 2027 wird bei uns eine Stelle frei.

Angestellte/r Fachbereich Betriebsunterhalt 80%

WIE?

* Du führst handwerkliche Aufträge und Reparaturen im Tagesgeschäft aus und stellst die Beschaffung von Betriebsmaterial sowie Ersatzteilen sicher.

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung, Kontrolle, Instandsetzung Wartung, Reparaturen von Immobilien, Mobilien, Fahrzeugen und Umgebung.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die haustechnischen Anlagen Energiegerecht betrieben werden.
  • Du führst Instruktionen durch für Immobilien, Mobilien, Fahrzeugen und Hilfsmittel.
  • Du bist als betriebsinterne Fachberatung in technischen Fragen zuständig.
  • Du unterstützt und förderst Mitarbeiter mit Beeinträchtigungen.

WIESO DU?

  • Weil du eine Ausbildung als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudeunterhalt mitbringst.
  • Weil du im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Kat. B bist.
  • Weil du bereit bist, Pikettdienst zu leisten (ca. 11 Wochen pro Jahr).
  • Weil du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst (mindestens Niveau C1\).
  • Weil du über gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS\-Office\-Programmen verfügst.
  • Weil du eine hohe Sozialkompetenz hast und Freude in der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen hast.

Sie führt eine Ergo\- und Physiotherapie\-Praxis für Menschen vom Säuglings\- bis zum Erwachsenenalter sowie drei integrative Kindertagesstätten.
