Välkommen till ICA Maxi Visby Gotlands största livsmedelsbutik och stormarknad. Här kommer du att arbeta tillsammans med ett glatt gäng som brinner för service och alltid har kunden i fokus. Vår färskvaruavdelning är helt packad och ligger längst in i butiken. Här kommer du jobba med ett litet gäng med stor kompetens. Det mesta beställs via AoB men även en hel del från externa leverantörer. Du skall älska mat och gilla att dela med dig av kunskap, tips och idéer till både medarbetare och kunder. Du skall ha höga ambitioner och viljan att driva utveckling av sortiment och personal samt ha ett starkt kundfokus och en hög servicekänsla. Du skall tycka om att jobba självständigt och team. Som försäljningschef kommer du aktivt arbeta med daglig drift. Du är ytterst ansvarig för att kunden alltid är nöjd och ansvarar för resultatet av försäljningen. Som försäljningschef är du även ansvarig för att orderflödet fungerar. Det förekommer även veckovis uppföljning av ekonomiska nyckeltal såsom försäljning, marginal, svinn med mera. Du kommer även agera som coach och bollplank till medarbetarna i avdelningen. Genom ditt ledarskap skapa delaktighet och engagemang hos medarbetarna. Vi söker dig som älskar att arbeta och som tycker det är roligt med ett högt tempo. Kravprofil: Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter, gärna inom dagligvaruhandeln såsom ICA eller annan matvarukedja. BLU (Butiksledarutb.) eller liknande. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av att jobba i en ledande befattning. Har kunskap om Min Butik och AoB.
