What You'll Do

Help customers apply for and secure loan products that meet their needs Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and account solutions Identify opportunities for refinancing and additional services Support collections efforts while maintaining a customer-first approach Process loan applications accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal regulations Promote additional services including tax preparation, referral programs, and other branch offerings Assist with branch operations and support leadership when needed

What We're Looking For You don't need financial services experience to succeed here. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates have:

At least 1 year of customer service experience Collections experience (a plus, but not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to multitask and stay organized A desire to grow professionally and take on new challenges
