The posting

De functie is verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging, planning en kwaliteit van aannemers en werven inzake constructie, met als doel de leidend ambtenaar of de projectleider, de uitbater en de veiligheidsdienst te ondersteunen om deze projecten en werven op een kwalitatieve wijze en conform de wettelijke voorschriften te laten opleveren.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een werfopvolger of werfleider met een relevante technische achtergrond en aantoonbare ervaring binnen industriële elektriciteit of HVAC. Expertise binnen één van beide vakgebieden volstaat. De focus ligt voornamelijk op de constructie- en uitvoeringsfase van zowel lopende als nieuwe projecten.

De werfopvolger of werfleider coördineert hierbij de uitvoering van de werken in ruimte en tijd en helpt de nodige randvoorwaarden te creëren voor een vlotte uitvoering.

• Ondersteunen van aannemers, de leidend ambtenaar of projectleider tijdens de uitvoering

van de projecten en coördineren en opvolgen van aannemers bij kleinerevonderhoudsprojecten, met als doel een optimaal verloop van de projecten te waarborgen.

• Opvolgen en registreren van technische en administratieve wijzigingen en mijlpalen in het

technisch dossier tijdens en na de werken, met als doel een correcte opvolging van het dossier te garanderen.

• Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de aannemers op de werf en zorgen voor een goede informatiedoorstroming tussen de verschillende interne en externe partijen, met als doel conflicten op het vlak van planning, kwaliteit, locatie of technische uitvoering proactief te detecteren en oplossingen voor te stellen.

• Bijdragen tot het veiligheidsbeleid door het laten naleven van het veiligheidsreglement,

waaronder het werfreglement en het KB TMB, het meewerken aan het voorkomingsbeleid en

het samenbrengen of aanmaken van alle nodige informatie, met als doel de veiligheid binnen

de projecten en werven te waarborgen conform de geldende richtlijnen en wettelijke verplichtingen.

• Detecteren van verbeteringen en toepassen van geleerde lessen, met als doel een continue

optimalisatie van de werkzaamheden op bestaande en nieuwe werven te verzekeren.

• Op de hoogte blijven van de wetgeving en de kennis actualiseren inzake relevante

veiligheidsnormen, richtlijnen en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het eigen vakgebied,

industriële elektriciteit of HVAC, met als doel te beschikken over de meest actuele inzichten

en informatie.

• Beschikt over een relevante technische achtergrond binnen industriële elektriciteit of HVAC.

• Heeft aantoonbare ervaring met de uitvoering, coördinatie of werfopvolging van industriële

elektrische installaties of HVAC-installaties.

• Kan technische plannen, uitvoeringsdocumenten en lastenboeken binnen het eigen

vakgebied begrijpen en gebruiken bij de opvolging van de werkzaamheden.

• Is in staat om de technische uitvoering op de werf op te volgen, afwijkingen te detecteren en

hierover af te stemmen met aannemers, projectleiders en interne technische partijen.

• Ervaring binnen een industriële, nucleaire of andere sterk gereguleerde werkomgeving is een

belangrijke meerwaarde.
