Ben jij een technisch projectleider met een sterke achtergrond in elektriciteit en ervaring met technische onderhouds- of investeringsprojecten? Voor een grote organisatie binnen de spoorsector zoeken we een Technisch Projectleider die instaat voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en opvolging van technische projecten aan stations in regio Gent.

Je werkt aan verschillende kleinere technische investerings- en onderhoudsprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken technisch correct, veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bereidt technische onderhouds- en investeringsprojecten voor en volgt ze op van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je coördineert aannemers, onderaannemers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je controleert elektrische installaties, technische plannen en schema's.
  • Je volgt laagspanningsinstallaties en HVAC op.
  • Je stelt bestekken op voor kleinere technische projecten.
  • Je organiseert buitendienststellingen in overleg met de betrokken diensten.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en het budget.
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden op de werf op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je controleert signalisatie, as-built dossiers en technische documentatie.
  • Je organiseert testen en begeleidt de voorlopige oplevering van installaties.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging en rapportering van de projecten.
  • Je volgt vorderingsstaten op.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring met technische onderhouds- en/of investeringsprojecten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van laagspanningsinstallaties en HVAC.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technische projectopvolging en het coördineren van aannemers.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende projecten en betrokken partijen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, communiceert vlot en bent oplossingsgericht.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om de nodige veiligheidsopleidingen te volgen.
  • Sporadisch nacht- of weekendwerk schrikt je niet af. Dit gaat om ongeveer 10 à 15% en wordt steeds vooraf gepland.

Ervaring met administratieve projectopvolging, vorderingsstaten, bestekken en as-built dossiers is een pluspunt. Ervaring binnen de spoorsector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
