Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen zoeken we een ervaren technisch projectvoorbereider met een grondige kennis van ramen en deuren.Dit is geen functie waarin je uitsluitend achter je computer tekeningen uitwerkt. Je bent technisch betrokken bij het volledige traject: van opmeting en voorbereiding tot productie, CNC-aansturing en technische opvolging. Je combineert een sterke kennis van buitenschrijnwerk met AutoCAD en technisch inzicht. Ervaring met ramen en deuren is voor deze functie noodzakelijk. Ervaring met DDX is een grote plus.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Technisch Projectvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat onze projecten technisch correct voorbereid zijn en vlot naar productie kunnen. Je vormt daarbij een belangrijke technische schakel tussen projectleiding, tekenbureau, atelier, klanten, architecten en aannemers.Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

• Ramen, deuren en andere schrijnwerkelementen technisch opmeten;

• Projecten en opmetingen vertalen naar een duidelijk technisch dossier;

• Dossiers voorbereiden voor de technisch tekenaar en ondersteuning bieden bij complex tekenwerk;

• Technische en productietekeningen in AutoCAD controleren en waar nodig zelf aanpassen of verder uitwerken;

• Voorontwerptekeningen opmaken ter ondersteuning van verkoop en projectbesprekingen;

• Dossiers voorbereiden en technisch uitwerken in DDX;

• Technische moeilijkheden in DDX analyseren en oplossen;

• CNC-programmeerwerk voorbereiden en uitvoeren;

• Productieplannen technisch bespreken met klanten;

• Technische keuzes en uitvoeringsdetails afstemmen met aannemers en architecten;

• Bestellingen voorbereiden en opvolgen;

• Het atelier voorzien van duidelijke technische informatie en ondersteuning;

• Technische vragen vanuit de productie analyseren en meezoeken naar een haalbare oplossing;

• Bij technische storingen of pannes een eerste analyse en interventie uitvoeren;

• Nadienst technisch voorbereiden en waar nodig mee uitvoeren.

• Je houdt daarbij steeds rekening met maakbaarheid, maatvoering, kwaliteit en een efficiënte productie.

• Ruime technische ervaring hebt binnen ramen, deuren of houten buitenschrijnwerk;• Vlot kan tekenen en werken met AutoCAD;

• Technische en bouwkundige plannen vlot kan lezen en interpreteren;

• Zelfstandig een technisch dossier kan voorbereiden en opvolgen;

• Sterk bent in maatvoering en technische detaillering;

• Technische problemen kan analyseren en praktisch kan oplossen;

• Begrijpt wat technisch tekenwerk betekent voor productie en plaatsing;

• Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt;

• Verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de technische kwaliteit van je dossiers;

• Helder kan communiceren met collega's, klanten, architecten en aannemers;

• Graag overlegt met de mensen in het atelier en hun praktische inzichten meeneemt;

• Rustig blijft wanneer zich tijdens voorbereiding of productie een technisch probleem voordoet;

• Graag meedenkt over hoe we producten, processen en technische voorbereiding verder kunnen verbeteren.

• Ervaring met DDX is voor ons een belangrijke meerwaarde.
