Twoje główne zadania:

  • Pozyskiwanie nowych punktów sprzedaży na podległym terenie,
  • Zapewnienie dostępności i odpowiedniej ekspozycji naszych produktów (mięso, wędliny, artykuły spożywcze) w sklepach,
  • Realizacja planów sprzedażowych oraz celów jakościowych,
  • Optymalizacja poziomu marży i zyskowności sprzedaży,
  • Budowanie długotrwałych relacji z klientami i wspieranie ich w rozwoju sprzedaży,
  • Analiza rynku i działań konkurencji – szukanie szans i reagowanie na zmiany,
  • Raportowanie wyników pracy zgodnie z ustalonymi standardami.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Minimum roczne doświadczenie w sprzedaży (preferowane w branży FMCG – szczególnie w kategorii spożywczej),
  • Znajomość lokalnego rynku i swobodne poruszanie się po obsługiwanym terenie,
  • Umiejętność pracy z klientem, negocjacji i stosowania technik sprzedaży,
  • Dobra organizacja własnej pracy i samodzielność,
  • Komunikatywność, zaangażowanie i nastawienie na wynik,
  • Dyspozycyjność i prawo jazdy kat. B.
