Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unsere Kundinnen und Kunden herzlich empfangen, kompetent beraten und langfristig binden – mit dem Ziel, ein persönliches und unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis zu schaffen
  • Kundenbedürfnisse erkennen und passende Looks, Produkte und Services empfehlen – auf Basis fundierter Kenntnisse unserer Kollektionen und aktueller Trends
  • Ihren Kundenstamm aktiv aufbauen und pflegen sowie zur Erreichung der individuellen und gemeinsamen Verkaufsziele beitragen
  • Ihre Expertise in der hochwertigen Inneneinrichtung einbringen
  • Eng mit dem Team zusammenarbeiten, um entlang der gesamten Customer Journey einen professionellen, hochwertigen und konsistenten Service sicherzustellen
  • Zu einer ansprechenden Präsentation der Verkaufsfläche beitragen und die Standards unseres Hauses, einschliesslich der Sicherheitsvorgaben, konsequent einhalten

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im Verkauf und/oder mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der gehobenen Mode\- oder Luxusbranche.
  • Sie kennen sich im Bereich gehobener Home\-Ware aus
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Service\- und Kundenorientierung und haben Freude daran, Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
  • Sie verstehen es, zu einer anspruchsvollen Kundschaft eine vertrauensvolle und langfristige Beziehung aufzubauen
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und tragen mit Ihrer positiven und professionellen Art zu einem guten Miteinander bei
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
