HVAC Supervisor Job Description

Vacancy Available: August 24, 2026

Pay Grade: U Position Term: 12 Months

Qualifications:

  • An HII and an HIII-1 license issued by the NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating, and Fire Sprinkler Contractors is required
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification required
  • Valid North Carolina Electrician’s License a plus
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license at time of hire
  • Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics preferred
