  • Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, and provides advice on issues within the engineering field
  • Ensure that quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving casting quality, extending tool life, increasing trimming and finishing efficiency, reducing cost, and improving safety.
  • Support new casting program launches by providing DFM input and collaborating with tooling, simulation, and project management teams.
  • Maintain tool maintenance and part quality records to support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and long-term process stability.
  • Understand and improve how casting quality impacts downstream operations such as trimming, machining, leak testing, and painting.
  • Read and interpret casting and machining prints, tolerances, and CMM reports.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the PPAP process, supporting documentation, validation, and customer requirements.

  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving foundry manufacturing environment
  • Desire to be hand-on at the shop-floor level within a foundry environment
  • Ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze process data to identify issues, support troubleshooting, and drive improvement

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
