New Product Development and Lifecycle Management

  • Integrate procurement and supplier quality early in product development to ensure sourcing and supply readiness.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to deliver supplier capacity, quality, cost, and timing requirements.

  • Establish common supplier metrics and scorecards, and lead resolution of significant supplier quality issues.

Enterprise and Team Leadership

  • Establish global priorities, operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability across procurement, supplier quality, and logistics.
  • Build a high-performing organization through talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
