🌟 Venha fazer parte do nosso time e construa o futuro do esporte com a gente! - Controlar a carteira de títulos em atraso e a carteira enviada às assessorias de cobrança, garantindo envio, atualização e rastreabilidade das informações;

As jogadas que dependem de você (atividades do dia a dia):

  • Acompanhar o retorno das assessorias, monitorando tratativas, acordos e recuperações;
  • Apurar e reportar indicadores de inadimplência e recuperação (% de regularização, aging, valores recuperados e performance por assessoria);
  • Dar suporte às assessorias com informações internas (histórico de pedidos, notas fiscais, comprovantes, boletos e posição de crédito);
  • Realizar a baixa e a conciliação dos recebimentos oriundos das assessorias e dos acordos firmados;
  • Apoiar as rotinas de contas a receber (acompanhamento de títulos, conciliações e tratamento de divergências);
  • Interagir com as áreas comercial e crédito para resolver pendências e contestações de clientes inadimplentes;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais para apoiar decisões de cobrança e recuperação de crédito;

O que o torna um titular (requisitos):

  • Graduação completa ou cursando Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras, preferencialmente em contas a receber, cobrança ou crédito (1 a 2 anos);
  • Excel intermediário (mandatório para conciliações, tabelas dinâmicas e controle de carteira);
  • Experiência com uso de ERP;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e perfil analítico.
